Project Description:
Appointed to carry out annual condition inspections of over 600 Caffè Nero stores nationwide in order to advise on overall condition, remedial works necessary, adequacy of means of escape, fire precautions, landlord, health and safety and housekeeping issues. Timings for repairs and refurbishment are specified and urgent/emergency works are arranged and managed under an agreed process. The instruction is on a rolling basis giving Caffè Nero a clear and continuous understanding of cost and risk liability throughout their growing portfolio.
