Information collected and its use
The website user may browse our website without providing any personal data.

- where information is submitted by you in relation to any job application, for the purpose of assessing your application as part of the decision-making process relating to job vacancies. We will not share any of the information you provide during the recruitment process with any third parties for marketing purposes or store any of your information outside of the European Economic Area. The information you provide will be held securely by us and/or our data processors whether the information is in electronic or physical format.
We will use the contact details you provide to us to to progress your application. We will use the other information you provide to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for.
We do not collect more information than we need to fulfil our stated purposes and will not retain it for longer than necessary. The information we ask for is used to assess your suitability for employment. You don’t have to provide what we ask for but it might affect your application if you don’t.
Shortlisting – our Hiring Managers shortlist applications for interview.
Assessments – you may be asked to attend an interview and complete or deliver a task. Information will be generated by you and by us. For example, you may complete a written test or we may take interview notes. This information will be held by our Human Resources department.
If you are unsuccessful following assessment for the position you have applied for, we may ask if you would like your details to be retained in our talent pool for a period of one year. If you agree, we would proactively contact you should a suitable vacancy arise.
If we offer you a position which you accept, the information will be held in accordance with our data protection procedures for employee records.
iii. we do not sell personal data commercially, however we may share your information with our affiliated companies Henry Riley LLP and ESP Ltd.
iv. generally, for any purpose for which you give us express or implied consent to use the information, or for any other purpose permitted under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
